Be careful using the New Mexico Lemon Law as the legislature helped the car dealerships in albuquerques by providing that a consumer who uses the Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Act cannot then sue on UCC implied warranties. Use the federal lemon law Magnuson Moss and the UCC leaving out any New Mexico Lemon Law claim.
